"Pop goes the Sunflower"
7" x 5" Oil on Gessobord
Violet and I pass by this house most days during our walk. It's filled with sunflowers and tons of bees. It sets right next to a little neighborhood basketball court. The kids must have to continuously dodge those bees.
Worked this piece differently than what I normally would have done.Uncomfortable but kind of fun too. I'll try this method again at some point. I'm not entirely happy with the results as what I have in mind just doesn't land on the canvas. It all takes time.
